Overall the hotel room was comfortable

1. There was a delay in check in as the Xerox machine was not able to take proper photocopy of idenification document2. The Wifi did not work inspite of check in and inputting proper details3. The Wifi suddenly stopped working at night and again in the morning and had to be reactivaed at the reception4. There was no hand towel provided5. The knob to start the shower was not working

We can tired and exhausted from a very long road trip from Amritsar - Ahmedabad and upon arrival we are given a room not even clean, very disappointed from lemon tree hotel Ahmedabad

preferred Hotel location at City centre. Location is great, most of the sights are near from here. Still peaceful surroundings. Room was super cozy. Staff very caring and comforting.Food upto the mark and complete variety. Being first timer in Ahmedabad, Ms Deepika at reception guided to plan our tour sequence for sight visits. Her support helped us decide to take cab/ auto/ our car for the day tour. Deepika and Karan also befriended my 6yr daughter and helped her in her sweet plan in our absence.

Less popular, even when they have great potential of location and welcoming staff.

Location was well connected and staffs are well communicative, pleasant and very responsive

Buffet breakfast menu needs to add little more Pan India recipe to make it more memorable experience and comfort

Close proximity to main area

No proper cleaning as we found mosquitoes. Bed was also not comfortable, ordinary interior

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the warm and generous hospitality extended by Mr. Sanjeev, (FO) and I must say it left a lasting impression. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us with a genuine smile and a helpful attitude that instantly made us feel comfortable and valued. His professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to providing outstanding service truly stood out.

I would like to share an incident that happened during my recent stay. A front office employee stopped my friend at the reception and asked where he was going. My friend politely told him that he had already checked in the day before. At that time, I also reached the reception and found that the employee who was asking already knew that we were already aware of our check-in the previous day.Despite this, she asked my friend, "Whose ID did you produce? Give the ID again." This created unnecessary confusion. She started checking the system again, which took extra time.While the intention may have been to ensure safety, the approach could have been more polite and professional, especially since we were already registered guests. I understand that protocols must be followed, but clear communication and respectful tone makes a significant difference in the guest experience.I appreciate the hospitality overall, but I believe this particular situation could have been handled more gracefully. I hope staff will be reminded to respectfully verify details, especially when guests have already checked in.

The hotel has a lot going for it—good food, an ideal location, and clean, comfortable rooms. However, the service was a major letdown. The reception staff were unhelpful and at times rude, especially when I asked for help with a WiFi issue that was never resolved. I also requested a travel adapter, which they promised to send to my room, but it never arrived despite follow-ups. A disappointing experience given the potential.

By mistake, I had left behind wallet while checking out. When informed, Arnab, Akbar and Abhishek found it and returned it securely. I thank them all. Very professional staff. Highly recommended. ??

Room was very small. Shower unit was very old had a rust on it. It took 15 minutes to get hot water.I really appreciate one thing and for that I will give 5 stars that hotel recruited people with hearing impaired.

At the desk staff was not professional. Last was handling multiple customers. Wishing was taking time.

Passable

Staff has charged the customer twice for the same rooms. Still awaiting the refund even after 5 days. They say, it will take 15 more days.Hope we get it soon.

Some of the staff are well mannered

There are no facilities like a 4 star hotel.Even for dental kit, shaving kit and tooth products we had to repeatedly go to the counter or call room service. Even shampoo and conditioner were not available in the bathroom.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The area was centrally located and quiet. The check in and check out process was hassle free.

Breakfast buffet was just terrible - the food quality didnt match up to any standards. Almost all items were tasteless and made by someone who has never cooked these items before. Juices were watered down and tea was plain. Dinner was good, though not the best.

Otherwise, stay was very comfortable and the location is great

Your drainage system is very noisy. Every time someone was using the washroom. There was a lot of sound in the walls which is very disturbing

The hotel charged six thousand rupees for the key of one room which was misplaced in the room and we were running short of time during checkout.
